EXENCION DEL ISR
La exención del Impuesto Sobre la Renta en el Estado de Morelos, la consigues presentando en la notaría los últimos tres recibos bimestrales de pago de luz o los últimos seis recibos de teléfono o pagos de tarjeta de crédito o pagos de algún otro servicio, también lo puedes exentar presentando tu INE. Es importante también considerar que no has exentado éste impuesto en los últimos tres años.
Los recibos que vayas a presentar como comprobante de domicilio o en su defecto el INE, deberán contener el domicilio exactamente como aparece en la escritura, así como también, en el plano catastral, si alguno de ellos no coincide es importante que lleves a cabo las correcciones necesarias a fin de hacerlos coincidir. Si la exención la llevarás a cabo a través de recibos, éstos recibos deberán contener tu RFC.
Es muy importante que tomes en consideración estas recomendaciones, toda vez, si tienes que hacer alguna corrección, te puede llevar algún tiempo.
